Study in Canada

Study in Canada from Faisalabad: the Canada study visa from Pakistan explained

A plain guide to the study permit, the provincial attestation letter, proof of funds and how to explain your plan honestly.

  • Study permit and attestation letter explained
  • No outdated Student Direct Stream advice
  • No fee to assess your profile

What do students from Faisalabad need to apply?

For most programmes you need a letter of acceptance from a designated learning institution, a provincial attestation letter, proof of funds, and then a study permit from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). IRCC publishes the list of designated institutions, so always check that your college or university is on it.

Not every programme leads to a post-graduation work permit, so check programme eligibility before you pay a deposit. If you are comparing countries, see study in the UK too.

What is a provincial attestation letter?

Most new study permit applicants now need an attestation letter from the province or territory where they will study. Provinces share a limited number of attestations and the process differs between provinces and institutions. Some groups are exempt, and the exemptions have changed, so check IRCC before you assume you are one of them.

What happened to the Student Direct Stream?

The Student Direct Stream ended in 2024. If a video, website or agent still describes it as an available fast route, that information is out of date. Applicants now use the regular study permit process.

Where a bank product such as a GIC is used to show funds, ask what it is for and whether it is actually required for your application. Do not buy anything until the requirement is confirmed on the IRCC site.

You must show proof of funds for tuition, living costs for you and any family coming with you, and travel. The current figures are on the IRCC website and we confirm them in your assessment. Officers check where the money came from, so show real, explained funds.

Canada allows students to have long term plans, but the officer must be satisfied that you will leave if your permit ends. A clear, truthful explanation of why this programme and why Canada is more useful than a copied statement. We help you write yours with real facts.

How do we help with a Canada application?

We review your profile, suggest realistic programmes, check documents before filing and help you explain your plan. We also tell you when a choice looks risky. If you have already been refused, see our visa refusal help. There is no file-opening or registration fee to assess your profile, and any service fee is explained in writing first. Read about our office or contact us.

What this page is and is not

This page is general information to help you prepare questions. It is not legal advice and it is not an offer of a visa or a place. Rules, fees and funds figures change, so please confirm every detail on the IRCC website before you rely on it. Universities decide admissions and the visa authority decides each visa, so no consultant can promise either result. If your profile is weak or a plan looks unrealistic, we will tell you honestly.

Questions about best consultant faisalabad in Faisalabad, Pakistan

Can my spouse get a work permit if I study in Canada?

A spouse work permit depends on the level and type of the student's programme, and the rules have changed several times. Some programmes qualify and many do not. Please check the current IRCC rules for your exact programme before you plan for your family to come.

Is the Student Direct Stream still available?

No. The Student Direct Stream ended in 2024, so we do not offer or describe it as an option. Applicants use the regular study permit process. If someone tells you there is a faster special route, ask for the official IRCC page that says so.

Do I always need a provincial attestation letter?

Most new study permit applicants do, though some groups are exempt and the exemptions have changed. The province or institution explains how to get one. Check the IRCC website for the current position, and we will confirm what applies to your programme.

Why do Canada student visa applications get refused?

Common reasons include an unclear study plan, funds that are not clearly explained, weak ties that do not show you will leave when the permit ends, and incomplete documents. Each file is different. If you have a refusal letter, we read it with you and say honestly whether reapplying makes sense.

I have a study gap. Can I still apply to Canada?

You can apply, but the gap needs a truthful explanation with real evidence such as work, courses, family reasons or health. We never invent experience, certificates or tax filings. We help you present the real facts clearly, and we tell you if the risk looks high.

Do you charge to assess my profile?

No. There is no file-opening or registration fee to assess your profile. If you decide to go ahead, any service fee is explained in writing before you pay anything, so you can compare it, ask questions and take your time to decide without pressure from us.
